Instruments that are in stock will ship within 48 hours via UPS second day. Method of shipment is subject to change without notice.
All products returned to Fischer Surgical Inc. must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number/Form. This number/Form can be obtained by calling our office at 314-303-7753 prior to shipment. Merchandise should be carefully packaged, shipped, prepaid, insured and sent to our office. Each shipment must be accompanied by a document showing the full name and address of the sender, list of items, a copy of the invoice, and the reason for return.
Merchandise returned for credit will be accepted under the following conditions:
a. FSI determines that the product is not damaged and is in salable condition in its original package.
b. Full credit will be issued for all merchandise returned within 30 days after the date of shipment.
c. Returns received 31-60 days after shipment are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
d. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted.
The following items CANNOT be accepted for credit except those resulting from an error made by FSI.
a. Custom made instruments
b. Discontinued models
c. Damaged, abused, or custom etched instruments
